Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Product not found after scan | Verify the expected barcode, manufacturer barcode, or SKU is stored for that item and that the correct label barcode source is configured for the brand. |
| Barcode will not scan reliably | Check print quality, label size, and barcode format selection. UPC/EAN labels should not be stretched. |
| Wrong item matches | Review the brand’s Label Barcode setting in Suppliers -> Add Vendors and confirm the printed label source matches what the warehouse is scanning. |
| Hardware scanner not working | Confirm the scanner is paired and outputs text correctly into a normal text field first. |
