Joining the pilot
If you already have an invitation, use your existing StockrHub contact to arrange access. An installation link is provided after the store and supplier requirements are reviewed.
Public self-service signup is not available yet. The guides below explain how to prepare a store for an invited pilot.
Prepare your Shopify store domain, supplier names, locations and the workflows you want to test. Each store needs its own installation and separately entered supplier credentials.
Read the installation guideHelp with an installed store
Include your store domain, the screen you were using, when the issue occurred and the visible error. Check whether the store is still in setup mode before retrying an operation.
Troubleshooting guideKeep sensitive data private
Do not send API passwords, access tokens, card numbers or customer addresses. Supplier configuration exports can contain credentials. Remove sensitive details from screenshots and logs before sharing them.
