Reports and Analytics
Reports summarizes data stored by Stockr. Use the visible 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days buttons to change the period.
What to review
Section titled “What to review”Reports include procurement totals and supplier breakdowns, top and slow-moving sold SKUs, inventory adjustment summaries, count discrepancies, transfer status, and alert activity. Financial sections depend on synchronized Shopify order, transaction, fee, and related PO data.
Sales velocity uses recorded sales in the selected period. A slow-mover list based on sold SKUs is not an inventory-wide list of everything that has never sold.
Data coverage and currencies
Section titled “Data coverage and currencies”Reports reflect the records available in Stockr at the time of loading. Missing history, incomplete financial sync, or a new installation can leave gaps. Refresh the relevant source data before treating totals as complete.
Review the displayed currency and coverage messages. Financial reporting is operational analysis, not a replacement for reconciled accounting records. A PO marked paid is distinct from a Shopify customer payment.
Exports
Section titled “Exports”The Reports screen does not currently offer a universal CSV export or arbitrary custom-date selector. Download supported CSVs from their operational pages: purchase orders, inventory, adjustments, counts, reorder rules, and transfers.
See CSV and configuration exports for exact scope and handling. The dashboard and reports need not show identical counts: they can use different status, lifecycle, and time filters.
