Installation

Before installing StockrHub, make sure you have:

  • An active Shopify store on any plan (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, or Plus)
  • Admin access to your Shopify store (you must be the store owner or have staff permissions to install apps)
  1. Visit the StockrHub listing on the Shopify App Store.
  2. Click Install (or Add app if you are already logged in to your Shopify admin).
  3. You will be redirected to your Shopify admin to review the permissions StockrHub requires.
  4. Click Install app to authorize and complete the installation.

During installation, StockrHub requests the following permissions. Here is what each one is used for:

PermissionWhy it’s needed
Read/write productsAccess SKU data, titles, variants, and images for your catalog
Read/write inventoryRead current stock levels and update quantities when purchase orders are received
Read ordersAnalyze sales history to power demand forecasting and reorder suggestions
Read locationsSupport multi-location inventory tracking across all your warehouses and stores

Once you authorize the app, StockrHub automatically begins syncing your store data:

  1. Products and variants are imported, including SKUs, titles, and images.
  2. Inventory levels are pulled for every product across all active locations.
  3. Locations are synced so you can track stock at each warehouse or storefront.
  4. Recent orders are ingested to build an initial sales velocity baseline for forecasting.

After installation, you can access StockrHub at any time from within your Shopify admin:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin at https://admin.shopify.com.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Apps.
  3. Click StockrHub to open the app.

StockrHub runs as an embedded app inside your Shopify admin, so you never need to leave the admin interface to manage your inventory and procurement.

If you need to remove StockrHub from your store:

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings.
  2. Click Apps and sales channels.
  3. Find StockrHub in the list and click on it.
  4. Click Remove app, then confirm.
