Introducing StockrHub
StockrHub brings purchasing and inventory workflows into Shopify admin. We are testing the app through guided store pilots and expanding the documentation alongside that work.
Built around the purchase order
A purchase order connects a supplier, a destination, quantities, and costs. StockrHub keeps that record alongside submission activity and receiving so the team can see what was planned, what was accepted, and what remains outstanding.
Current workflows include stock and dropship POs, supplier configuration, PDF output, partial receiving, stock counts, transfers between a store’s locations, and replenishment planning. Supported supplier API connections include Turn 14, Motor State, and IMC / Parts Authority, with different capabilities and requirements for each account.
A controlled start for every store
A new installation starts in setup mode with live actions disabled. Confirm the store, sync inventory, review locations, and configure suppliers before activation. The person coordinating your pilot should help define which actions to test and when they can affect real inventory or supplier orders.
Each additional store needs its own installation and credentials. Identical supplier credentials share background request limits, while settings and purchasing records remain separate. Different keys for the same account are not automatically grouped. Read the multi-store guide before adding another installation.
Understand what you are enabling
Draft creation, supplier submission, inventory updates, and Shopify fulfillment are distinct actions. Enabled automation can perform configured work in the background on an activated store. Review the automation guide rather than assuming that every draft stays unsent.
Supplier setup also has transport and account limitations. In particular, the current IMC / Parts Authority connector uses HTTP for vendor requests. Read the supplier integration guide before connecting it.

Contact us with your store domain, supplier names, location setup, and the workflow you want to test. Access, scope, and pricing are discussed before onboarding. This website does not offer a public App Store installation or a self-service subscription checkout.
