Terms of Service
Effective date: March 1, 2026 · Product information updated September 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StockrHub application ("the App"), provided by StockrHub ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. Service Description
StockrHub is a Shopify embedded application that provides inventory and procurement management tools, including purchase order creation, supplier management, stock transfers, inventory counting, demand forecasting, and low-stock alerts.
2. Account & Access
To use StockrHub, you must have an active Shopify store and an authorized installation of the App. Contact us for current access availability. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials. You must not share access to the App with unauthorized parties.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's terms of service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated tools to excessively access the App (scraping, bots, etc.)
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its features
- Circumvent any access controls or security measures
4. Payment Terms
StockrHub is currently available through a controlled pilot. Public subscription plans and self-service billing are not currently offered. Any applicable pilot arrangement must be confirmed separately. These Terms do not enroll you in a paid subscription. All fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by StockrHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain full ownership of your store data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StockrHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. No published subscription plan currently includes a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
When a verified uninstall is processed, ordinary store data is removed as described in ourPrivacy Policy. There is no 30-day restoration period. Minimal installation and supplier-reference records remain to protect later installations from old events and duplicate supplier references. Export important records before uninstalling. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page or by notifying you through the App. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
