When you install and use StockrHub, we access and store certain data from your Shopify store, including:

• Store information (shop name, domain, currency, timezone)
• Product and variant data (titles, SKUs, prices, images)
• Inventory levels and location data
• Order information (order numbers, line items, fulfillment status)
• Staff account identifiers associated with the app installation

We do not collect personal information from your customers. We do not access payment card data, customer email addresses, or customer shipping addresses.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect solely to provide and improve the App's functionality:

• Generating and managing purchase orders
• Tracking inventory levels across locations
• Processing stock transfers between locations
• Running demand forecasting and reorder analysis
• Sending low-stock alerts and notifications
• Managing supplier information and contacts

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global edge network using Cloudflare Workers, D1 (SQLite), and KV storage. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Sensitive tokens (such as Shopify API credentials) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.

We follow industry-standard security practices including secure session management, HMAC request verification, and JWT-based authentication.

4. Third-Party Services

StockrHub communicates exclusively with the Shopify API to sync your store data. We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as the App is installed on your Shopify store. If you uninstall StockrHub, all associated store data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of uninstallation.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about your store.
• Deletion — Request that we delete all data associated with your store.
• Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Opt-out of sale — We do not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.

7. Children's Privacy

StockrHub is a business-to-business application and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
